Generating a new Flow Simulation project brings up the default analysis tree. The SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation Input Data Folder by default only includes Computational Domain, Fluid Subdomains, Boundary Conditions, Goals and Mesh. These are the most common selections when setting up the study.
If you are constantly adding other features found in the CommandManager or menus, you can include these in the SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation Input Data Folder. For example Heat Sources could be advantageous to electronic designers. To customize the options, right-click on the top of the study tree and select Customize Menu.
Here you can select or deselect Input Data Folder items. The selections will be saved for future projects.
